Advisory of Lane Closure at the Blaine Port of Entry Cargo Facility. A project to replace an existing primary inspection booth at the CBP Pacific Highway Cargo facility will begin on March 2, 2020, and continue through May 2020. Notice of Modification of Section 301 Action: Enforcement of U.S. WTO Rights in Large Civil Aircraft Dispute
Tomorrow, Friday 2/21, The USTR will publish in the Federal Register a Notice of Modification of the Section 301 Action against the EU for the enforcement of the US WTO Rights in the Large Civil Aircraft dispute. Specifically, the rate of additional duty for large civil aircraft will be increased from 10 percent to 15 percent on March 18, and the lists of other products subject to the additional 25 percent duty will be modified as of March 5.
