Please note that APHIS / USDA (Animal Plant Health Inspection Services) has published in the Federal Registar the LACEY ACT – PHASE VII implementation of the enforcement schedule, beginning December 1st, 2024 and includes many additional new Tariff numbers to be subject to LACEY ACT reporting.
